Houses preferred by burglars are either empty or the ones whose doors are left unlocked. If the lights are lit inside the house as its owner is awake or the doors to the house are securely locked, no burglar would attempt to break into that house. By the same token, the enemy devil could not break into the heart of an individual who lives diligently by God's Word and is spiritually awake through daily prayer. Therefore, that individual will not be subject to trials or suffering and as he receives the guidance and hears the voice of the Holy Spirit in his heart, every aspect of his life will prosper and be filled with blessings.
"The end of all things is near; therefore, be of sound judgment and sober spirit for the purpose of prayer" (1 Peter 4:7).
