On Monday, May 12, 2008, trainees of the 18th Program of the Manmin Mission Training Center (MMTC) visited on their vision trip to the Korea Christian Martyrs Memorial in Yong-in, Gyeonggi Province, and Yanghwajin Foreign Missionary Cemetery in Seoul. The trainees on this vision trip nurtured their vision for mission work as they ruminated on the faith of the martyrs, who have become the foundation of Christianity in Korea. Prior to the vision trip, during a "Regional Research Seminar" held on May 11, the trainees were provided with information on carrying out mission work in Thailand, Vietnam, and Cambodia, as well as a presentation of a short-term mission trip to Europe.
