DR Congo Was Awakened through Meetings Held in Eastern Areas!
Senior Pastor Dr. Jaerock Lee, Chairman of United Holiness Church of Jesus Christ, conducted the Uganda Holy Gospel Crusade in 2000 and it was reported by CNN, a world leading news channel. Afterwards, he continued his ministry in Africa by leading crusades in Kenya in 2001 and in DR Congo in 2006. He preached the holiness gospel with signs that confirmed the message.
Following his ministry, Bishop Dr. Myongho Cheong, Chairman of United Holiness Church of Jesus Christ, Africa, ministering to Nairobi Manmin Holiness Church, has actively performed African ministry in 55 countries of the continent (photo #1).
In March 2018, he led a revival meeting and a handkerchief healing meeting in Elshaddai Church in Uvira, DR Congo at the invitation of Pastor Alembe ministering to the church. He had received much grace through Dr. Jaerock Lee's sermons such as "Why Is Jesus Our Only Savior?" that Dr. Cheong had delivered to him. The members were filled with grace and emotion through the meetings.
On 2nd and 3rd, he delivered the message entitled "The Measure of Faith" taken from Romans 12:3. He urged the attendees to become sanctified, achieve God-pleasing faith, and thereby enter New Jerusalem. After the message, he prayed for the sick with the handkerchief on which Dr. Lee had prayed and many people were healed of various diseases (Acts 19:11-12).
On 4th, he preached about the love of God and the Garden of Eden under the title of "The Providence of Creation" based on Genesis 1:1 (photo #5). In the evening, he led a handkerchief healing meeting in Uvira with approximately 2,000 people in attendance. He delivered the message "Put Out into the Deep Water and Let Down Your Nets for a Catch" based on Luke 5:1-9. The people received grace and accepted the Lord. When he prayed with the handkerchief, many people were healed of their diseases and some who witnessed the work registered in Elshaddai Church (photos # 2, 3).
On 5th and 6th, the lectures of Manmin International Seminary were given in Baraka town and Uvira city (photo #4). Dr. Cheong gave the lectures under the title of "The Providence of Creation" based on Genesis 1:1. The pastors in attendance were surprised at such spiritually deep messages as the providence of God's creation, the reason God placed the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, and the secret of the Garden of Eden.
