A Korean adage tells us, "You try to catch two rabbits and you end up losing both." This maxim imparts us that with reckless and greedy acts we lose even the things that are already in our possession. The same principle applies to faith. If you calculate ahead your own benefits and try to have it both ways between God and the current of this world and lead a life in Christ in accordance with each situation and comfort, it will be difficult to receive blessings. As the God who has declared, "The silver is Mine and the gold is Mine" (Haggai 2:8a), is indeed the Master of all things in the universe, when we live by His Word recorded in the 66 books of the Bible, we will receive marvelous blessings in health, prosperity, wealth, fame, and the like.
