The 5th GCN Anniversary Declaring a New Chapter in Broadcasting Media Ministry

A GCN transmitter is located in the tower of the Empire State Building in the New York City, USA. At the first transmission of GCN broadcasting signal through WEBR, Channel 17 in New York City on September 1, 2005, white and cross-shaped lights appeared on the sky over the building. Since its official launch in October of 2005, countless souls have been led to salvation.

GCN is dreaming of the second stage of the takeoff in celebration of the 5th anniversary. Early in the morning on Saturday, October 9, the 5th GCN anniversary was celebrated by hundreds of overseas honored guests from 21 nations and all brothers and sisters of Manmin all over the world. The 5th GCN anniversary celebration was held with the title 'Glory' and featured a special video presentation spanning the 5-year ministry of GCN. It also consisted of varied celebration performances, on-screen congratulatory messages from overseas dignitaries and multi-lingual special songs. Everyone in attendance including Dr. Jaerock Lee gave glory and thanks to God for blessing the 5-year ministry of GCN.
When GCN was organized in May of 2004, nothing was in place to begin. There was no financial support, no skilled experts or technicians, and no broadcasting equipment to begin its broadcasting ministry. But, through the prayer of faith in the almighty God and the love for the souls, in October of 2005, GCN was launched and for the last 5 years since its inauguration it has spearheaded in spreading the holiness gospel to every corner of the globe.
In celebration of its 5th anniversary and at the requests and warm acclamations from the viewers all over the world, new strategies of GCN are implemented. One is to expand its coverage to reach any area in any country and the other is the signal of GCN to be available via satellite 24 hours a day just with switching it on. We appreciate all the workers who have supported for the launch and growth of GCN and eagerly wish all partners and sponsors will pray for and send their loving concerns for GCN.
GCN (Global Christian Network) is the channel name of Manmin TV, and its coverage of GCN is as follows. Its signal reaches Asia, Africa, Europe, and Middle East via NSS6, ABS1, and THAICOM5, and 92 cable TV channels; North America via WEBR Channel 17 and the GloryStar satellite; and Russia, Europe, Asia, North America and Israel via CNL TV, TBN-Russia, RBN Rodnoy, and YES Rodnoy.
In addition, GCN-producing programs are broadcast through Direct TV Ch378 (NRB Network), Alerta TV (Variety Zone Ch463), and Impact TV in USA, the Holy God TV, Alfa Omega TV, Love World TV, and Vision Heaven TV in Europe, JC TV and Isaac TV in Pakistan, and Arulvakku GCN and Rejoice TV in India. In Latin America, En Lace TV and its cooperative 3,000 cable TVs, JBN TV in Honduras, Ch 17 and Ch 67 in El Salvador and CristoVision TV in Costa Rica are broadcasting GCN programs to the whole Latin America. It is also broadcast via RTDV and RTAE in DR Congo and Family TV in Kenya. And in Canada a radio station is broadcasting GCN programming. It is expected the Great Commission of Jesus Christ will be fulfilled more actively through GCN.
