The God of love has prepared, chosen, and used great people of God in every generation. God chose Abraham, who only obeyed, as the forefather of faith in preparation of beginning the nation of Israel. God set Moses as the leader of the Exodus. During New Testament times, He sent John the Baptist to make ready the way for the ministry of Jesus. He also selected Apostle Paul for the evangelization of the Gentiles.

Now sins and evil are rampant everywhere. Many Christians hold to a form of godliness but deny its power. It is the end time, indeed. In this time, God established Manmin Central Church as a messenger that spreads the word about God's creation, the providence of human cultivation, and the gospel of Jesus Christ. He also gave the name 'Manmin' with the vision to preach the gospel to all peoples.

On July 25, 1982 the church opened in a sanctuary that was just 33 square meters with 13 members including four children. In 2015, the church celebrated its 33rd anniversary of the opening. In just 33 years the church has grown up to become a mega-sized church having approximately 10,000 branch and associate churches all over the world. In God-given vision the church has evangelized the world as well as South Korea through GCN broadcasting (www.gcntv.org) that covers over 170 countries; Dr. Jaerock Lee's literary ministry with books published in 59 languages; WCDN (World Christian Doctors Network, www.wcdn.org), and MIS (Manmin International Seminary).

The works recorded in the Bible take place in the church.

Every year, many people from both in and out of Korea visit Manmin Central Church with interest in the church's quick revival and growth. Upon visiting, many commonly say that the biblical incidents are still happening in the church. This is because the power that belongs to God has been occurring in the church (Psalm 62:11).

Since the opening of the church, many signs and wonders have been manifested. People were healed of terminal cancer, carbon monoxide poisoning, and many other diseases. Many improved eyesight and hearing ability, the lame came to walk, and many others were healed of incurable diseases such as AIDS. The power has increased over time.

The church also conducted overseas crusades in many countries including the U.S. (New York), Israel (Jerusalem), Uganda, Pakistan, Honduras, India, and Germany. Many amazing signs, wonders, and powerful works took place through the Holy Spirit's explosive works so that people could not help but recognize the living God.

In 2009, in particular, Dr. Lee led the Israel United Crusade and he prayed for swine flu to stop spreading and he also prayed for relief from a national drought as the local press and media had requested. After his prayer, swine flu stopped spreading and rain showers poured down on the nation of Israel. In 2014, a governor of DR Congo asked him to pray for the termination of the Ebola virus epidemic in the country. After his prayer, the virus ended and God was greatly glorified (More story on page 3).

As the Early Church members prayed with one heart every day in sanctuary (Acts 2:46), thousands of the members gather in the church and pray every night in Daniel Prayer Meeting with overseas members world-wide joining in via GCN. They pray fervently to become sanctified and to achieve the world mission.

Regardless of age and gender, a great number of members worship with faith and love in Wednesday Service and Friday All-night Service as well as Sunday Morning Service and Sunday Evening Service. From the opening 33 years ago, members sometimes met with sufferings for no apparent reason, yet they still offered up tearful prayers. They overcame everything with goodness in obedience to God's Word, and God comforted and blessed them.

In 2015, the 33rd year of the church, Manmin members ride on the flow of whole spirit. Manmin will keep spreading the power of God the Creator and the gospel of Jesus Christ to the remotest parts of the earth and achieve the providence for the end time.

On July 26 in 2015, Sunday Evening Service was offered up as the 33rd Anniversary of Church Opening Celebration Service and the Celebration Performance was delivered for 30 minutes. The seven teams of the Performing Arts Committee including the Heavenly Voice Chorus, Heavenly Dance Team, and Power Worship Dance Team offered up the fragrance of thanks to God who is and will be glorified through Manmin's ministry.
