Confirm the Unity of Manmin in Japan!_Japan United Retreat 2016 Encouraged the Japanese Ministry

Rev. Heesun Lee led the Japan United Retreat 2016 (Photo 1). The members were full of peace and joy and many events were held including the Fullness of the Holy Spirit Prayer Meeting, Performing Arts Festival, Camp Fire Praise and Worship, and Manmin Sports Day which made them happy in the Lord. The pastors of 12 branch churches in Japan and their members confirmed that they are one under the name of Manmin, and made up their minds to become spiritual warriors to work for the kingdom of God in the third stage of take-off.

From August 13 to 15, Japan United Retreat was held in Kanae Culture Center, Iida in Japan. It was a historic place Senior Pastor Dr. Jaerock Lee led Iida Healing Crusade in 1994. He manifested amazing healing works and the crusade resonated with Japanese Christian churches.

In 1996, Dr. Lee showed the works of the Holy Spirit in Sinshu Healing Crusade and set Christians in Japan on fire. In 2000, when the church began the overseas ministry in earnest, Dr. Lee held the Nagoya Miracle Healing Convention. Through his prayer, 10 deaf and mute people came to hear and speak at the same time. Through such signs that definitely showed the living God, the message he preached was confirmed.

The ministry caused 12 branch churches to be founded in Japan from the southernmost island of Okinawa to the northernmost prefecture of Hokkaido, and they have actively endeavored to evangelize Japan. In 2016, the churches held the United Retreat with one heart. Moreover, they invited missionaries from other countries including Thailand, Kenya, and India and offered an opportunity for them to be united and prepare themselves for the global parishes.

On Saturday August 13, the Fullness of the Holy Spirit Prayer Meeting was held. United Praise Team that consists of the churches' singers offered up special praise, and Power Chorus of the Performing Arts Committee gave a special performance filled with the Spirit. Rev. Heesun Lee, Manmin World Guidance Pastor delivered the message. She said that the absolute solution to all problems is love. Then, she glorified God praising and praying together with participants with thanks to God for His grace and love (Photos 1, 2, and 3).

On August 14, they offered up Sunday Service. They were filled with the fire of the Holy Spirit through praises offered with heart and the sermon preached with emotion. In the afternoon, the Performing Arts Festival was held and each church's performing team showed great performances that they had prepared with heart. Osaka, Nagoya, Maizuru, Tabata of Tokyo, Tokyo, Iida, and Yamagata Manmin Churches performed (Photo 7).

On the same evening, Rev. Lee led Camp Fire Praise and Worship. They danced and praised the name of the Lord. They were determined to run earnestly with hope for New Jerusalem (Photos 4, 5, and 6). On the third day, August 15, they had Manmin Sports Day. The matches allowed for them to feel solidarity and happiness (Photo 8).

They were blessed to realize that, transcending national boundaries and languages they are one in Manmin and the Holy Spirit.
