At 9:50 P.M. on December 16, 2016, Manmin Central Church's Christmas Lighting Ceremony was held in the front yard and broadcast on GCN. Thousands of people in attendance shouted together, saying, "Into the place between the lobby and the second floor of the castle of the shepherd!" Senior Pastor Dr. Jaerock Lee replied, "We will go together!" and beautiful lights of Christmas ornaments drove away darkness and brightened the whole church. Sisters Jinkyung Seok and Jungeun Kim of Heavenly Voice Chorus gave special praise. And Dr. Lee said, "The weather forecast reported that it would be freezing to nine to ten degrees below zero but it is one degree above zero. Every time we had events, God gave us the best weather and He will work all the more greatly. If we live in the Lord and by the Word of God, we will be protected and blessed. Even when people have hard times at this end time, because we are in the space of God, we will have a great year in 2017."
On December 23, during the second half of Friday All-night Service, the Christmas Eve Musical entitled "Love" was held under the lead of Performing Arts Committee. More than 190 members showed a passionate performance. They gave a live stage presentation singing the new Manmin Praises, "Profession on His Birth," "Love," "Ministry Performed with Power," "Tears," and "I Love You, the Flock of Manmin." On December 25, the Sunday Morning Service was offered up as the Christmas Service, and on December 31, 2017 New Year's Service was held from eight until 1 A.M. on January 1, 2017.
