In commemoration of the Lunar New Year's Day, Manmin Central Church has held heart-touching events at which its members have looked after their neighbors and share with them the love of the Lord. On Saturday, January 26, the Evangelization Brigade visited the social welfare facility "Rainbow-rising Village" (Elder Byung-Yong Han, President), and spent time with the elderly living in solitude and the sick, presenting a variety of performances and with gifts.
Meanwhile, the Foreign Parish held "New Year's Festivities" with foreign Manmin members now living and working in Korea. On Wednesday, February 6, Manmin members from the Philippines, Mongolia, Nepal, Argentina, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Nigeria, Côte d'Ivoire, and Costa Rica, exchanged New Year's greetings at the church and went on a sightseeing tour around Seoul.
On Saturday, February 2, The Lord's Love Mission, a ministry for North Korean escapees, offered its 4th anniversary service, shared delicious meals, and treated many escapees with beautiful performances and gifts.
