God's Explosive Power, By Which Nothing Is Impossible, Unfolded in Manmin Summer Retreat 2017!

From August 7 to 10 in 2017, Manmin Summer Retreat was held in Deogyusan Resort in Muju, Jeonbuk Province under the main theme of "Power". This year it was attended by those from 37 countries. The works of controlling the temperature through wind, rain, and clouds occurred, which allowed for the people in the retreat venue to enjoy cool and pleasant weather though heat warnings were issued in areas adjacent to the venue.
In particular, Senior Pastor Dr. Jaerock Lee prayed for people with mental problems, which is a growing problem in the modern society. Many people from in and out of Korea were set free, and the members made up their minds to become spiritual warriors that shine in the end time full of sins.
Many people were healed of diseases and injuries such as comminuted fracture, facial paralysis, hypothyroidism, and sudden deafness. Many deaf members came to hear.
"Manmin Is Perfect!"

I attended Manmin Summer Retreat 2016 for the first time, and I was struck with spiritual awe. Everything worked in a systematic way, and it was perfect. The church members including the workers worked hard with hearts of love for the church and the shepherd. It was amazing to see the members as well as pastors praying fervently every night.
I came for the Manmin Summer Retreat again this year, and I now better understand 'Manmin'. I felt all of the members' great longing for the manifestation of signs, wonders, and powerful works through Dr. Jaerock Lee. Amid their longing and expectation, many signs, wonders, and powerful works happened through Dr. Lee's prayer.
On the first night, the message was wonderful. And, when I saw demons driven away through the prayer, I learned a lot. Dr. Lee explained in a great detail why and how demons possessed the people and the way to drive them away. I was so greatly blessed through his explanations.
The weather was cool and quite pleasant as well. The temperature was controlled according to the situation. Also, a number of people were healed of their diseases and gave their testimonies. Witnessing such signs, wonders, and powerful works, I was really happy.
On the second day, we had the Manmin Athletic Meet. I felt the strong unity of Manmin members. They were one in love. On the third day, I was surprised to see the magnificent stage of the Campfire Praise and Worship. How could a church hold such a big event in such an orderly manner! The technology, stage, lights, and music were amazing but the spirituality impressed me even more.
I hope my church members will love God from heart as Manmin members do and the holiness gospel will spread all the more widely!
"My Son Was Healed of Autism!"

My son was autistic. He often banged his head against the wall, shouted, and lost his temper. When spoken to, he did not respond to my husband or me. He did not recognize what was happening around him. He couldn't speak but made sounds like that of animals. We became weary taking care of him.
Meantime we attended Manmin Summer Retreat 2016. From then, he did not shout and he would respond to us. When we told him to close the door, he closed the door. When it rained or snowed, he said, "Rain!" or "Snow!" although previously he hadn't been able to recognize elements of the weather. He was even able to tell one kind of food from another.
We attended the retreat again this year. After he received the prayer in Divine Healing Meeting, his symptom improved more. He came to be able to wear his belt by himself and call us as mom and dad. He became better at expressing himself. Above all, he had a smile on his face. I give thanks to God.
"I Was Healed of Depression!"

I suffered from depression from the age of 16. I lived daily with worries and anxiety. My heart felt dark, and I had nightmares every night. I was lethargic, and went to many neuropsychiatry hospitals and took many medicines. I even made two suicide attempts.
However, I attended the handkerchief healing meeting held in June 2017 conducted by Manmin World Guidance Pastor Rev. Heesun Lee (Acts 19:11-12). After darkness was driven away through the prayer, I was not sick any longer and did not have nightmares. Sometime later, something moved in my stomach so strongly that my back moved, and then black and round smoke came out through my mouth.
I wanted to receive healing completely, and prepared myself for this year's retreat. One week before the retreat, I had a dream, in which Senior Pastor laid his hand on my head and I saw red flame of fire. And another blue flame of fire went through my whole body from head to toe. After the dream, I was convinced that I had been healed. And through Senior Pastor's prayer on the first night of the retreat, I felt that I was made whole and gave my testimony on the stage. Hallelujah!
"I Was Set Free from the Work of a Demon!"

I had pain in my legs and epileptic fits. I wanted to receive healing and repented but I still did not live by the Word. Because of the pain in legs, I needed crutches to walk. Meantime, Senior Pastor Dr. Jaerock Lee said that in the following summer retreat people with mental illness or possessed by evil spirits would be freed and healed. After I heard this, I prepared myself with all my heart.
I offered up breakfast-fasting and listened to Senior Pastor's sermons "The Message of the Cross". I also attended Manmin Prayer Center's Divine Healing Meeting and repented of my past. One day, I was receiving Senior Pastor's prayer for the sick. Suddenly a sound was heard; it said "I won't go out! I'll stop you from going to the retreat! Break that machine which is playing the recorded prayer for the sick!" And I got a headache. Then, I realized that there was something in me.
When Senior Pastor was praying during the Divine Heling Meeting of the retreat, my body began to tremble. I felt scared, and had such a severe headache that I blacked out. I later heard about the demon that had been in me. She had been excluded and ostracized by her friends in her schooldays. Unable to endure loneliness, she committed suicide. She had possessed me because I had always thought that I had been abused by my family and left alone all the time. Previously I had even wanted to commit suicide.
I could not find meaning in my life and there was nothing I wanted to do. I just watched what I shouldn't have watched and became addicted. Meantime, I heard a sound of whispering and it was felt warm to me. I ended up accepting the demon. But by the shepherd's power, it was driven away and I was set free from epilepsy and pain in legs. I came to walk and jump well without pain. Hallelujah!
"The Shepherd's Power Changed My Wife!"

My wife, Lau Mei Ung, got really bad breath at some point. When she got angry and burst with anger, her breath smelled worse. She was unable to pay attention to sermons during worship services. She could not pray and started to have a bad memory.
She grew up in an unhappy home environment. As her brother had Down syndrome, her parents naturally took more care of him and she felt rejected and neglected in her family. She thought nobody loved her, and often felt envious. After her mother died of uterine cancer when she was 19, she lived in sorrow and fear, and put up many amulets with various images including those of dragons. As she grew up in such environments, she became hot-tempered easily and could not control herself. Sometimes a horrible thought came to her mind that she would beat up others and choke someone to death.
Meanwhile, she came to feel something in her while listening to Senior Pastor Dr. Jaerock Lee's messages. From the Friday prior to the summer retreat 2017, she looked very nervous and asked me to help her. I prayed for her and prepared for the retreat with longing.
After the retreat seminar, the Senior Pastor began to pray. My wife tried to close her ears and her body shuddered violently. She started to shout loudly. She called out like a baby, "Mom! Mom!" The demon of a baby was revealed, and the demon of her mother who had killed the baby was also revealed. But by the power of the shepherd, the demons were driven out. Afterwards, my wife's face became so different; it is bright.
By the shepherd's power of re-creation, God freed my wife who suffered from demons and were destined to keep suffering, and He gave her true peace. I give thanks to God.
Deaf Members from 8 Countries Came to Hear!
Manmin Summer Retreat 2017 was attended by deaf members from five European countries—Germany, Latvia, Denmark, Faroe Islands, and Austria, and three other countries—Malaysia, Thailand, and China. They increased in their faith while listening to Senior Pastor Dr. Jaerock Lee's sermons through NEFSIS video conferencing and participated in the retreat with longing. On the first night, after the seminar, when Dr. Lee prayed for the sick, amazing works of the Holy Spirit happened to them.
Sister Saw Hong Hoe, age 56, from Malaysia threw away idols and attended. She came to hear through the right ear, through which she hadn't been able to hear at all and came to hear better through the left ear that had weak hearing ability. Brother Raimonds Jurkjans, 30, of Latvia became deaf because of high fever at the age of three. He attended for the first time and he began to hear through the right ear and was able to hear better through the left. Siblings Brother Hans Weihe Hansen, 32 and Sister Meifrid Weihe Hansen, 39 from Faroe Islands attended. The brother began to hear through both ears in 2015 and 2016 and his sister, Weihe Hansen came to hear better in this retreat.
Sister Jytte Dahl, 60, Denmark, came to hear well through her both ears without her hearing aids, Sister Rebecca Barbara Vollath, 47, Germany came to hear, and Sister Thanwakan Tanisittchai, 33, Thailand who was born deaf came to hear a little at first and it has continued to improve.
Sister Qiu, 55, from China was born deaf but came to hear through her left ear and was healed of eczema and coldness of womb. Sister Jin, 53 and Brother Jin, 53 from China came to hear. Also, Elvis Nebijs, male, 22, Latvia; Sanita Rurane, female 27, Latvia; Yasinthon Kongkawang, male, 22, Thailand; Suwanon Pandaeng, male, 22, Thailand; Banthisatisan Banharn, male, 42, Thailand; Rattakarn Promprasert, male, 35, Thailand; Supapon Tuntakan, female, 57, Thailand; Hock Leong Chin, male, 41, Malaysia; Ek Bin Lau, female 30, Malaysia; Shy Shin Loh, female, 38, Malaysia; Kar Fond Liew, male, 23, Malaysia; Sohyun Oh, female, 26, Korea; and Chunghwa Choi, female, 45, Korea came to hear for the first time or came to hear better than before. They glorified God with their testimonies.
"I Received Healing of Bad Eyesight and Aftereffects of Spinal Tuberculosis!"

Before Manmin Summer Retreat 2017, I read Senior Pastor Dr. Jaerock Lee's books The Message of the Cross and God the Healer, and prayed and fasted to receive answers and healing. On the first night of the retreat I attended the seminar without my eyeglasses to receive healing with faith though I had worn glasses since I was ten. After receiving Senior Pastor's prayer, I came to see clearly without them.
I came to see things in the distance and read small letters very clearly. Moreover, I was set free from pain caused by aftereffects of spinal tuberculosis. I had no pain at all when I praised during Campfire Praise and Worship with my husband. Hallelujah!
"I Was Healed of Comminuted Fracture and Came to Walk without Crutches!"

In February 2017, I fell down the stairs. My two ankle bones were broken into 13 pieces, and my elbow was shattered like powder. The tendon of my left finger was torn. The doctor said it was such a serious injury that I would be crippled even after several surgeries.
However, after I received the handkerchief prayer, the pain disappeared and bleeding stopped (Acts 19:11-12). After I received Senior Pastor Dr. Jaerock Lee's prayer, I came to stand up by myself and my whole body felt better. On August 7, in the Divine Healing Meeting of the retreat, I received the prayer for the sick and came to walk without crutches! Even the leg bones that were misplaced came back to their original places. Hallelujah!
"My Leg Veins Recovered, and the Skin Color Changed to Normal!"

The veins under the skin of both my legs were dead. It caused serious edema in my legs, and since it caused a problem with blood circulation, my leg skin was dark purple. When I left Israel for Korea, I needed a cane to walk. However, when I arrived at Incheon International Airport, I came to walk without the cane.
On August 4, I received Dr. Jaerock Lee's prayer. Then, the dark purple color of the legs changed, and the pressure I had felt on the veins was gone. I felt a sense of the touch on the legs. During the summer retreat, it improved quickly. I even had fun in the tug-of-war game in Manmin Athletic Meet. The shepherd's power is truly amazing!
"I Was Freed from Lower Abdominal Pain Caused by Stress"

I felt pain in my lower abdomen since November 2016. While I was studying design, an overload of stress caused the pain. To receive healing, I looked back upon myself and repented. I prepared myself for the retreat with prayer. When I received Senior Pastor Dr. Jaerock Lee's prayer during the retreat, I was healed. And I felt no pain throughout the retreat. I give thanks to God who worked on a person that had such weak faith like me.
"My Son Was Healed of Gastritis as Soon as We Arrived in Korea!"

For more than two years, my five-year-old son coughed a lot, had a headache, fever, and often vomited after eating. He was diagnosed with gastritis. His symptoms did not improve even with all kinds of methods including medical treatments and folk remedy. However, after we arrived at Incheon International Airport, he ate well and showed no symptoms at all. He did not even feel tired while in Korea. Hallelujah!

I had wanted to visit Manmin Central Church in Korea with great longing. While listening to Senior Pastor Dr. Jaerock Lee's sermons, I was so happy and blessed through the message. Moreover, I was healed of pain in my back and ankles by Senior Pastor's prayer. I felt so good. In the space full of God's love and blessing, everything was felt so wonderful to me.
