The Final Round of "The 8th Bible Quiz" (hosted by Men's Mission) took place in the Main Sanctuary of Manmin Central Church following the Evening Service on September 7, 2008. Forty-six competitors, 30 from Manmin Central and 16 from Manmin branch churches all of whom had scored 190 or higher out of 200 in the 2 preliminary rounds, participated in the Final Round. The Grand Prize was awarded to Rev. Heung-Yong Park (Daejeon Manmin Church); the First-place Prizes to Pastor Geum-Ran Hwang (Light & Salt Mission) and Deaconess Mi-Sun Lee (Canaan Mission); the Second-place Prize to Rev. Hyung-Bo Park (Masan Manmin Church); and the Third-place Prize to Deacon Jae-Suk Lee (Men's Mission). Rev. Heung-Yong Park, recipient of the Grand Prize, remarked, "In the 4th Quiz I was awarded the Second-place Prize and in the 6th, I was given the First-place Prize. I give all thanks and glory to God who has awarded me with the Grand Prize this year."
