After I registered at Manmin Central Church with my mother in December 2014, I became filled with the Holy Spirit. Meantime, I happened to watch the highlights of some soap operas and thought it was nothing. I continued to watch them and came to enjoy them again. As the worldly things came to my mind, I lost fullness of the Spirit and my faith went lukewarm.
In October 2015, I felt itchy in the rear part of my ear. As I scratched the part, a sore oozed and it was spread to neck and chin. It was atopic dermatitis. I thought I should restore myself from the worldly things and restore the first love, but it was not that easy.
One day, I had a dream. In the dream, I turned on the computer and was about to watch soap operas. Then, some black appearances came out from it and a demon's scream was heard. I was surprised and turned it off. A different scene was seen. A handsome guy put a gorgeous ring onto my hand. The moment I put it in my finger, the shining ring turned black and even my hands turned black. After I had that dream, I felt the love of God and received strength to distance myself from the world. Yet, my atopic dermatitis repeated improving and worsening.
In May 2016, it developed on my whole face except for the forehead and I felt pain as though countless needles were poking my face. It was so itchy that I unconsciously scratched the affected parts while sleeping. When I woke up, the blood dried and formed a crust. I tried to tie my hands when I went to bed.
In 2016, Senior Pastor Dr. Jaerock Lee invited students to his prayer house. On May 14, high school students went there. I was in so much pain and it was so itchy. I felt like the affected skins were being torn. I went to the Senior Pastor to receive his prayer. I felt so embarrassed and frustrated because I was ashamed of my appearance. Other friends smiled with bright and fair faces, but my face was red with oozing sores. I shed tears. The Senior Pastor told me to receive his prayer with faith.
Then I looked for a quiet place and prayed on my knees. I had just wanted to be healed of atopic dermatitis quickly and show the Senior Pastor my good appearances. Through this, I realized God wanted me to become a beautiful child of light. I felt His love for me. I repented with tears that I had lost heart and complained. After the prayer, I felt no pain on my face. The pain disappeared.
The Senior Pastor called me again before dinner. He warmly told me to throw away evil from my nature and prayed for me again. My heart was full of joy and thanks. A sore stopped oozing and it was a lot less itchy, so I could sleep well. When I washed my face every morning, the pieces of dead skin were taken off and now I came to have clear glowing skin.
Moreover, my father, who had said he would go to church if I was healed by God, began keeping the Lord's Day.
I give all thanks and glory to God who gives me good things all the time. I also give thanks to my Senior Pastor who prayed for me.
