I have attended Manmin Central Church just following my mother. But I preferred to hang out with my friends in church. While in the fourth grade in elementary school, I got into playing computer games. When I was a middle school student, I skipped Sunday Service, played soccer with my friends, and played games in Internet cafes. I just slept during worship services, chatted with my friends, and watched my smart phone. I didn't listen to the sermons. After I became a high school student, I did not skip Sunday Service but I still went to Internet cafes during week days.
In October 2015, while sleeping I had three different dreams. In the first dream, I was beheaded. Two months later, I had the second dream where I was covered by lava and died. Even after the dreams, I was still befriending the world. In May 2016, in the third dream, I was sentenced to Hell. I was so scared that I thought I must not live like I had been living. I started to attend Daniel Prayer Meeting and Friday All Night Service.
It was a bit hard for me to pray. I hung out with my friends and often failed to offer up the first half of Friday All Night Service. At that time, however, many of my friends felt the love of the shepherd, stopped playing computer games, and started praying. I began to join the flow of spirit.
They participated in Special Daniel Prayer Meeting held for 42 days and received the awards on the last day. They even offered up Friday All Night Service including its second half with fullness of the Holy Spirit. I was really surprised at them and was happy to be with them.
Preparing for Students' Devotional Service and Manmin Summer Retreat 2016, I was more focused on worship services and prayer and tried my best to offer up my heart. From my fifth year of elementary school, my eyesight began to fail because I had liked watching TV and used a computer too much. I had to wear eye glasses but it was so uncomfortable that I did not use them. I could not read the letters on the board in school and I could not see Senior Pastor's face during his sermon in church.
On August 2, I had my eyesight measured, and it was very bad, which is 0.15/0.1. Senior Pastor told us that God would heal many people of eye-related diseases during the summer retreat. I kept his words in my heart and prepared myself with volunteer work and prayer. On August 7, it was the day of our devotional service. I wanted to offer up the money that I had saved from when I was very little. I offered one million won and felt so pleased.
On August 8, I received Senior Pastor's prayer for the sick during Divine Healing Meeting of Manmin Summer Retreat. My eyes felt cool. Next day, my vision seemed to be clearer. Then, on the following day, I could see the face of Senior Pastor who was leading Camp Fire Praise and Worship. Since the retreat, my vision has been improving. Hallelujah!
As I experienced the work of God who gave me the answer when I acted upon faith, I became spiritually confident and filled with hope. I give all thanks and glory to God who is so good and I extend my thankful heart to Senior Pastor who harbors students with tears and love.
