"After 15 Years, I Can Bike and Hike! It's Like a Dream!"
I suffered from pain in my left knee for 25 years. I had an operation on my knee cartilage but I still had pain and it developed into arthritis. So I was living with pain. I would take painkiller when it was so painful. I was advised to avoid some exercises including cycling that I liked. Many things were restricted due to the problem.
In 2015, my doctor said it became a lot worse and suggested I have joint replacement surgery as soon as possible. I was scheduled to have the surgery on June 7, 2016. But I heard that Rev. Heesun Lee, Manmin World Guidance Pastor would come to Switzerland, and I boldly canceled the surgery appointment.
I had seen and heard many people receive healing of many kinds of diseases through the prayer of handkerchief (Acts 19:11-12). This time, I came to have hope for healing and was given faith. My wife and I prepared ourselves to receive the prayer.
On June 21, when Rev. Lee prayed for me, I felt fire coming down upon my knees. Afterwards, pain was gone and I came to be able to straighten my knees and walk with ease. Hallelujah!
My wife Gulbahar Shindler happened to watch Dr. Jaerock Lee's sermon program on TBN Russia in November 2011. She received much grace and from then she listened to his sermons for ten hours a day on Manmin Central Church's website. In late December 2011, she visited Korea and felt God's presence in the church. She was even set free from back pain, which had troubled her for a year, after she received Dr. Lee's prayer.
In August 2012, I paid a visit to Korea with her to participate in the church's summer retreat held in Muju, Jeonbuk Province, Korea. Countless people in attendance were healed of their diseases through Dr. Lee's prayer and experienced amazing signs. In the site of power, I came to understand why my wife had so often wanted to visit Korea.
We testified the church to acquaintances and have offered up the church's worship service on the Internet with ten people who we guided. Dr. Lee's sermons put an emphasis on sanctification, which quenched the spiritual thirst of Swiss people who were longing for the grace. In May 2016, we rented a building and have lived a happy believing life together like believers in the Early Church.
Now I enjoy cycling after 15 years of break, and even hike for more than five hours. I feel like I am living a dream. I give all thanks and glory to God who blessed us with the holiness gospel.
