“My son swallowed a coin but it was gone by prayer!”
On November 18, 2023, my son Sharwjeet (10) accidentally swallowed a 2-cm coin. My husband and I rushed him to the hospital because we thought that the coin might block his airway and choke him to death. While we were taking him to the hospital, I found a few things improper in God’s sight and repented of them. The doctor said surgery might be necessary if the coin did not come out of his body naturally. However, we could not afford the surgery costs due to our family circumstances. We completely relied on God and prayed earnestly. On November 20, Lead Pastor John Kim prayed for my son with the handkerchief of power (Acts 19:11-12) via video. My son said he had no more pain in stomach, and I could feel he was protected by God. On November 24, I went to the hospital with my son and took another X-ray for him. Something truly amazing happened to him. The coin that had been in his body was gone. Hallelujah! I give all thanks and glory to God who is almighty and protected my son with His mighty arms and removed the coin from his body.
