In May of 2023, I began feeling heavy on the right knee as if a sandbag the weight of 10kg were hung on it. I could hardly stand up for seconds because of severe pain on the right knee. I went to the hospital and the checkup showed the cartilage of the right knee was torn. I had travelled to Hoengseong County in Gangwon Province for farm work for 3 years, and in the middle, I developed degenerative arthritis. It got worse day by day. On November 17, I slipped down and fell on my back while cooking in the kitchen. I couldn’t move my body due to severe pain. I had to rely on a wheelchair at first, and with the passing of time I got up from the wheelchair and walked with crutches. But I couldn’t step on the right foot. I went to orthopedics 5 days later and did MRI scan. The doctor said to me, “The cartilage was almost worn out and torn, and ligament was stretched. Go to a bigger hospital and receive surgery as quickly as possible. Otherwise, you will not be able to move the right leg at all.” I eagerly wanted to receive healing at the upcoming Diving Healing Meeting. First of all, I looked back on myself in prayers. In those days, I attended Sunday worship services in Seoul or in Hoengseong along with my parents and husband. But I could not worship God in spirit and truth during the worship services due to frequent visitations from my siblings or relatives. I repented of it and that I ceased praying regularly, disobeyed God’s words, and failed in sending out the fragrance of Christ. On November 23, I was sent to a rehabilitation center for physical therapy, and I looked forward to attending the Diving Healing Meeting and prepared for my healing in prayer. Next day I watched the meeting via YouTube on my smartphone. When Speaker Pastor Soojin Lee prayed for the sick, my body was set ablaze and I abruptly stood up without knowing. A few people testified to their healings and I got a desire to walk without crutches. I could step on the right foot and walk freely without crutches. Hallelujah! I have not been able to stand up for a few seconds due to severe pain for months. Now I am so happy that I can walk well, do chores at home, and move around freely. Through this, I came to feel Our Lord’s redemptive love revealed on the cross and my heart was filled with faith, hope, and love in Jesus Christ. I give all thanks and glory to Father God!
