I got married at 41 in 2015 and desired to have a child as quickly as possible. However, there was no news of a child in a year and a further year after marriage. My wife and I went to an infertility clinic and received medical treatment. But it was no good. I learned that worldly medicine doesn’t work to us and relied on God in prayers. We earnestly prayed to God and received Senior Pastor Soojin Lee’s prayer for pregnancy. In March of 2022, my wife showed a poor condition. She had a fever and felt sick. It didn’t get better with the passing of time. We went to the hospital and unexpectedly the doctor said, “Congratulations! She’s pregnant!” I was first dumbfounded and so much surprised at this happy news. My wife and I were overjoyed and felt like flying in the sky. Above all, we sincerely appreciated God. My wife and I went see an obstetrician and encountered with the second good news. Pregnancy itself was a blessing to us, but she was found pregnant with twins. Shortly after coming back home, I conveyed this double blessing of God to my parents and we all gave thanks to God with tearful prayers. On October 6, 2022, our long-awaited two girls were born precious and adorable. They were named ‘Haeun’ and ‘Jueun’, which means ‘God’s grace’ and ‘Lord’s grace’ respectively. They are growing well day by day and so much adorable in the grace of God and the Lord. I also gained a great favor from this good God 40 years ago. He saved me from the crisis of death due to respiratory disturbance. I almost stopped breathing, but came back to life by His grace. I had suffered breathing problem from the age of three. When I first attended the Friday all-night service at Manmin Central Church, I stopped breathing and my body became chilly. At that sight Pastor Emeritus Jaerock Lee prayed for me with the laying of his hand on me and I was immediately recovered. I was completely cured and since then no symptom was found any longer. I give all my gratitude and glory to God who not only brought me back to life but liberated us from the suffering of infertility and gave us precious twin girls.
