About 20 years ago, I didn’t wear a mask while working in midst of dust. I often had a sore and swollen throat along with coughing. In swallowing food, I hurt my throat. I went to the hospital and was diagnosed with tonsillitis. The doctor said I should take medicine when the symptoms got worse. But the medicine didn’t work. In 2009, I joined in Manmin Central Church and started my religious life. With the passing of time, I was healed of various illnesses, including allergies and headaches, but my tonsillitis remained. My nose and larynx were always swollen, and whenever I swallowed, I felt something stuck, and it was bitter and painful. When I cried out in prayer, I coughed and could not pray fervently. In the beginning of 2025, I harbored a desire to cry out more fervently in prayer and sing praises more fully. I registered in a Divine Healing Meeting in January, and I prayed for my healing with a yearning at a Vowed Daniel Prayer Meeting in preparation of the Meeting. On January 24, I attended the Meeting and became filled with the Holy Spirit in preliminary praises. I did not cough even though I sang loudly. When Speaker Senior Pastor Soojin Lee named “tonsillitis” in her prayer for the sick, I said “Amen” and my throat felt refreshed. After that, all the pain in my throat was completely gone, and I no longer felt irritated when I swallowed my saliva. Now, I can eat spicy kimchi without any sore throat. And I can pray fervently and sing praises loudly, so I am so happy. I give all thanks and glory to God who cured me.
