I Was Healed of Shoulder and Back Pain from Torn Ligament, as well as Insomnia
For the past two years, I had suffered pain in my right shoulder and lower back. One day the pain became so severe that I went to the hospital for a check-up, and the doctor said that a ligament had torn. However, because the tear was in an awkward location, they could not perform surgery, so I just came home. Though the pain grew worse, I still had to continue working because of my financial situation. In order to please God, I diligently volunteered at church on the Sabbath. And each time I listened to pastor Soojin Lee’s sermons, I would wonder, ‘How does she speak as if she knows me so well?’ I eagerly examined myself and tried to change and practice the Word in my daily life. On August 4, the first day of the Manmin Summer Retreat, joy came into my heart from the opening service, and tears of thanksgiving flowed. At the evening Divine Healing Meeting, while receiving the prayer for the sick from Senior Pastor, I suddenly felt the love of God warmly embracing both my body and my heart. After the prayer, I realized that the pain in my shoulder had disappeared, and that very night I slept soundly for the first time in a long while. The next morning, I found that even the pain in my back was gone. Hallelujah! I also had been suffering from insomnia for some time, but ever since I received the prayer, I have been able to enjoy restful sleep at night. I give all thanks and glory to God who healed me.
