Unceasing Book Ministry in the midst of Multi-language and Electronic Publication - Urim Books Attends the Seoul International Book Fair 2010

 Urim Books booth was set up at G40 in Hall A at the 16th Seoul International Book Fair, decorated with the vivid pictures of the 2009 Israel United Crusade. Many visitors read e-books authored by Dr. Jaerock Lee on the touch screen of the booth.
The 16th Seoul International Book Fair was held at Hall A & Hall B, COEX Convention & Exhibition Center, Samseong-dong, Seoul, Korea with the title of "The Book Reads the Future" from May 12 to 16, 2010. Last year this book fair was attended by 835 exhibitors from 19 countries: 330 Korean exhibitors at 458 booths, 463 overseas exhibitors from 17 countries at 70 booths, 42 international book arts fair exhibitors from 9 countries at 62 booths, and was estimated to be visited by 110,559 people in total.
Since the founding of Manmin Central Church, in recognition of the significance of book ministry, it organized Urim Books to publish Christian books and shine the true light of the Lord to all the corners of the earth by spreading the gospel to all the peoples of the world with books and newspapers. In 2004, Urim Books attended the Frankfurt Book Fair 2004 and possessed the vision for the book ministry of multi-language translation.
Urim Books is spearheading the world mission with the multi-language and electronic publication by having printed, displayed, publicized and distributed 59 books in Korean and 102 translations in 44 languages at many international book fairs including Seoul International Book Fair 2010
Urim Books' booth was located at G40, COEX Hall A, and publicized Dr. Lee's books, made contracts about overseas publication, distribution, and translation. In particular, Urim Books installed the touch screen for many e-books of Dr. Lee's works so that any visitor could read on the spot just by touching.
On April 17, 1987 Urim Books published Dr. Lee's testimonial memoirs Tasting Eternal Life before Death for the first publication, and has been spreading the Word of God that is the Light to the ends of the earth by printing 59 books including The Message of the Cross, The Measure of Faith, Spirit Soul and Body I & II, Hell, Heaven I & II, and Awaken Israel. Major works of his 59 books have been translated and published into 44 languages including English, Chinese, Russian, Spanish, Japanese, French, German, Arabic, Hebrew, and Italian.
Those works have also been printed and on sale by 18 other publishing companies in the USA, Canada, Taiwan, Indonesia, Ukraine, Egypt, India, and the Philippines, and from a few years ago Dr. Lee's books have been in publication in the form of e-books.
Urim Books is also a membership of ECPA (Evangelical Christian Publishers Association), CBA (Association for Christian Retail), and the Korean Publishers Association.
'Urim' refers to the breastplate of judgment that was used for the high priest to ask the will of God. Urim means 'lights' in Hebrew as recorded in Exodus 28:30. Light refers to the Word of God that gives us life.
