 "Arise, shine; for your light has come, and the glory of the LORD has risen upon you. For behold, darkness will cover the earth and deep darkness the peoples; But the LORD will rise upon you and His glory will appear upon you. Nations will come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your rising. Lift up your eyes round about and see; they all gather together, they come to you. Your sons will come from afar, and your daughters will be carried in the arms." (Isaiah 60:1-4)
Dear brothers and sisters,
God the Father had given us the vision that this church would arise and shine the light of the truth upon the world that is darkened with sin and evil. He Himself has led the church to arise and shine for national evangelization and the world mission. The church's third stage of take-off started beginning 2010. Since then, many people have received salvation in such a rapid spiritual flow and God has blessed many of them to become men of spirit and men of whole spirit who glorify God.
In addition, God has given us His original light that has the power to change men's hearts. Through the explosive power of the shepherd, He also has established a solid foundation to construct the sanctuary that has the beauty of God. The 30th anniversary of Manmin Central Church will be in 2012. From the beginning of the year, abundant blessing beyond our imaginations have been prepared by God. What kinds of blessings has God been preparing for the church in 2012?
First of all, the blessings God wants will come upon us and we will give great glory to Him
God has done so many works to let the church members' spirit and soul prosper and enjoy good health. In particular, He allowed the congregation to realize where they were at when it comes to the level of faith through 2011 Group Leaders' Seminar and helped them fill up what they lacked. Now God will pour down blessings upon the church as well as individuals since they are spiritually qualified. Therefore, in the year of 2012, I hope you will not only receive blessings both in spirit and body and glorify God but also testify to the living God and march towards New Jerusalem.
Secondly, the church will proclaim the holiness gospel throughout the whole world.
Apostles and members of Early Churches actively spread the gospel through the works of the Holy Spirit. It served as the momentum to cause the Roman Empire to select Christianity as its national religion, and the gospel was quickly spread to the whole world. Now, the world is becoming increasingly stained with sin and evil more and more and day by day. It's hard to find light. Even churches are becoming corrupted even after the Reformation.
At this end time, God founded Manmin Central Church and has given the church a duty of national evangelization and the world mission to have the holiness gospel spread to the remotest part of the earth. For those reasons, the church has never ceased to pursue its ministry through the publications of the Literary Media Ministry, like books and newspapers, and the Broadcast Ministry. As a result, the church has now around 10,000 branch and associative churches in and out of Korea. In this year of 2012, Manmin Central Church will proclaim the holiness gospel to the whole world like the apostles and members of Early Churches by the works of the Holy Spirit and the church will accomplish the kingdom of God greatly.
Thirdly, we will construct God-glorifying sanctuary on this earth.
God wants a sanctuary not only with external beauty, but also one that is filled with His glory and where the Word of life is proclaimed. He has increased the power of the shepherd and our church members' faith to reveal His glory over the whole world through the sanctuary built by His sanctified children.
The time is coming. God will construct the God-pleasing sanctuary by the hands of His true children whose hearts resemble His. Through the sanctuary God will be adored even by the worldly people. I give all thanks and glory to Father God for the land for Canaan Sanctuary, the starting point of Grand Sanctuary. I extend my heartfelt thanks to Him again who will give us financial blessings and work with us during the entire process of the construction.
Fourthly, we will lead countless souls to the arms of the Lord by manifesting great and amazing power.
Now we live in the end time where knowledge has increased and sin and evil are rampant. At this moment, we need the power of God in order to extend the kingdom of God.
As Jesus said in John 14:12, "He who believes in Me, the works that I do, he will do also; and greater works than these he will do," God has shown His unimaginable power since the opening of the church and changed the hearts of men. With the new start of 2012, we will go forward to the Korean Christian community and the world. The authenticity will be proven through the highest power with which nothing is impossible. The power also will change the hearts of men, plant faith in them, and lead countless souls to the way of salvation.
Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,
In the beginning, God existed in the form of gorgeous light that contains magnificent sound, and at some point He made the great plan for human cultivation, and came to exist as God the Trinity according to the plan. All these were for Him to gain His true children.
God who is the Light wants us to resemble Him. He also wants us to have perfect faith by getting rid of lying and crafty hearts and overcoming all trials with joy and thanks. He desires to give us whatever we ask and share love with us in the stunningly beautiful Heaven.
The year of 2012 is the year in which the church celebrates its 30th anniversary. In this coming year, I pray in the name of the Lord that you will be used preciously for the kingdom of God by realizing the great love of God and give great glory to God.
