“My broken bones and tendons were recovered and made well!”
New Update
On Saturday, November 28, 2020, I came across a climbing accident. I was calling the phone in climbing and stumbled on a root. Afterwards I developed a severe pain in the left shoulder and could not move the left arm. I thought I had a mere muscle ache. ...

We have been blessed with a child after 10 years of marriage!

Born on February 5, 1976 in Bueta in the Kasese region of Uganda, I graduated from Islamic University in Uganda with a degree 'Political Science' and began working in the customs department, with 8 offices under my supervision. My wife Mubambu Alice, who was also from the same town as I, had majored in education in college.
At an early age, my wife and I were baptized at an Anglican church and served in the choir. In the year I turned 21, we were married on July 18, 1997, and have been living in Malaba in the Tororo region in the eastern part of Uganda.
However, even after 2 years of marriage, it didn't look like we were going to have a child. Worried and anxious, our parents recommended to us traditional medicine of Africa but they did no good. Anxiousness and impatience only intensified with the passing of time and after finding out what was wrong with us from a gynecologist, we did everything we were advised but nothing worked. We even tried artificial insemination but even that attempt failed.
When we were unable to have a child after 10 years of marriage, the pressure from our friends and family calling for divorce was overwhelming. In December 2006, my wife and I finally agreed to get a divorce and my wife left for Canada. A little later and by God's grace, however, she came back to Uganda.
Elder Muhindo, who had long been aware of our agony, told us one day, "If you receive prayer from a man of God by faith, mourning will turn into joy." I had received prayer from many pastors since childhood but as I had never experienced anything major, I did not have high expectations.
In February 2007, my wife and I met with Rev. Dr. Myong-Ho Cheong, ministering at Nairobi Manmin Holiness Church in Kenya. Elder Muhindo told Rev. Dr. Cheong that after having been without a child for 10 years, my wife and I had come all the way from Uganda to receive his prayer. Rev. Dr. Cheong told us that my wife would become pregnant if we received prayer by faith and proceeded to pray for us with the handkerchief on which Dr. Jaerock Lee had prayed (Acts 19:11-12). I received the prayer with an emphatic "Amen!" at the end.
On the one hand, I did not think of Rev. Dr. Cheong differently than I had of other pastors. On the other hand, I also had a faint hope, thinking, 'I wonder if the prayer of this man would bring about any changes to my wife, me, and the family we have together.'
Then one day, I received a call from my wife, who said tearfully, "Honey! I am pregnant! I was vomiting so I went to see a doctor and was told that I am pregnant!" Hallelujah!
I could not believe my ears. After managing myself to calm down, I called Elder Muhindo and asked him how it was possible to receive God's answer so soon after receiving prayer just once. Elder Muhindo rejoiced upon hearing our news as if it had happened to a member of his own family.
Manmin Central Church was a congregation that had been built for my wife and me. We had long attended church but as we had not seen any manifestations of signs and wonders, God was at work, showing us such marvelous works of faith. Above all else, the incident has brought into our lives the blessing of faith by which we could believe in God earnestly. We have also come to learn that only the gospel of sanctification could bring to us the love of Christ and that only a small number of pastors and ministers had been personally called upon and anointed by Him.
We have access to the Global Christian Network satellite dish at home so we worship God through Dr. Jaerock Lee's messages of life with our friends, family, and neighbors. I can only confess that all this is the result of God's grace and spiritual blessings presented to us through the messages of life.
Furthermore, when I met with Dr. Jaerock Lee during my visit to Manmin Central Church's 25th anniversary celebration in October 2007, I was filled with the Holy Spirit and overjoyed to meet with each member at Manmin. At last, in November 2007, our lovely child was born in the answer of God.
I give all thanks and glory to God for setting us free from torment and anguish and blessing us with our first child after 10 years of marriage!
