Happy Christmas with Neighbor - A Messenger Delivering the Love of Our Lord

Ever since accepting the Lord, I felt indebted to His love and last year was a series of precious moments in which I was able to share His love with others even a little bit.
When I was looking after fellow church members with church workers, I came to realize that so many people were in need of helping hands. It was disheartening to see many people living alone in their later years, confined to their rooms because of physical limitations, and at a loss how to deal with damaged equipment and appliances at home.
I was joyful merely to share with my neighbors the love of our Lord that I received without any cost. How could I be indifferent towards all those who were so dear to our Lord?
I began giving baths to the elderly who could not move about too well and cleaning their rooms. I also changed light bulbs and repaired outdated toilets, broken doors, and leaking faucets. Whenever I saw peppers, lettuce, and zucchinis growing so well in my kitchen garden, I became so joyful just to wonder, 'To whom can I bring these vegetables this time?' Many homes were without such common appliances and electronic items so whenever I could, I found and gave them television sets, refrigerators, and coffeemakers. I also made sure that they never ran out of rice and side dishes.
I did things that were not that difficult but could easily be done with just a little more thought. The people I aided could not be more ecstatic. Early on, some people were uncomfortable with my visits to their homes; nowadays, people welcome me with open arms.
When we worship together, I pray for them and when I leave their homes, I feel in the depths of my heart the kind of warmth that made me forget the frigid weather of the winter months.
As I looked after these people, I became even more appreciative of the significance of my family and I am only grateful to spend time with them whenever I can. The more I spend time with these people, the less time I have to spend with my family. Yet, as my family instead encourages and understands me, I become spiritually well-nourished in my heart.
At this Christmas, I urge each you to give thanks to the limitless love of our Lord and hope that you will be able to share the love of our Lord with your neighbors.
