Getting Away from the New Incurable Diseases and Atopic Dermatitis

Atopic dermatitis is threatening modern people's lives. It is becoming known as a newly well-established and thriving incurable disease of mankind. The word 'atopic' comes from a Greek word 'atopia' which means "uncommonness" so it implies that the cause of the disease is uncommon or unclear. This disease is recognized as one of major problems that modern medicine has to resolve.
Severe itchiness is one of the symptoms of this disease, and the disease is believed to be caused mainly by improper diet, heredity, and stress.
In Korea, 20 percent of the babies have this disease and this is becoming a big social issue. There are also many adults who suffer from this disease. It is estimated that the number of atopic patients totals two million in Korea and among them about half of them, about one million people, need to receive medical treatment.
