If you really want to accomplish your dream for the new year, you would better rely on God, the beginning of wisdom than rely on your knowledge and experience. Then your dream would come true faster and more completely. For example, if someone has a dream to be an owner of big company, God works for him to be able to hold many people in his heart through various experiences and to be able to solve any problem he meets while managing his company. And when he has patience and rely on God to the end, he will accomplish his dream and glorify God. "Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see" (Hebrews 11:1)
