God is a Shield to Those Who Rely on Him

A shield is a large piece of metal or leather which soldiers used to protect their bodies from the enemy's sword, spear and arrows while they were fighting. Without such a shield, they couldn't have escaped from the threats of life by swords or spears. Figuratively, mankind cannot escape from various kinds of accidents and life problems including disasters, poverty, and diseases that are shot toward them like arrows. What is our shield to such unexpected difficulties? It is our belief and reliance on God the Almighty. When we have such a spiritual shield, we can lead a peaceful life that is without worries and anxieties. I wish for you to completely believe and rely on God and to lead a life filled with peace.
