A British advertising company took a survey, asking participants, "How can you get to London from Edinburgh in the shortest amount of time?" and the person who responded, "Going with the one you love" was rewarded a large prize. A long-distance journey will seem much shorter when you travel with the one you love, and no matter how difficult may be the request coming from your loved one, you will willingly try to comply with it. By the same token, living by God's Word will not be difficult if we love Him. Instead, it is a joy to live by His Word and God will always walk with such individuals, blessing them to prosper in every aspect of life.
"For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments; and His commandments are not burdensome" (1 John 5:3).
