Sometimes we hear touching stories about a company that overcame difficulties and became successful. Many people try to learn the secret. It lies in the fact that all employee and executives must become one in heart. They must try their best to carry out their duties instead of complaining about the current situation. What God thinks is important is how much we cooperate with each other and give out the aroma of goodness with respect and concession for others. When we do become one in heart, then God blesses us to bear fruit of blessing.
